Billing Operations Manager

The Billing Operations Manager will be responsible for leading product and customer billing teams responsible for all Billing Queries, Billing Activations, Manual and system bill production, DIQ Management and Escalation management split across customer management by product. Role would be an advocate and promoter of Enterprise Billing Operations internally and externally, where necessary attending customer sites to meet with and manage the relationship on behalf of Billing Operations.
Managing and leading the customer management teams to drive customer experience across all Enterprise customers.
Responsible for stakeholder management up to senior and director level with regards to any customer escalations or issues with customers billing experience.
Accountable and responsible for ensuring small and large Enterprise customer multi-million-pound revenue invoices are produced in an accurate and timely manner.
Accountable for the assurance of cash collection through the DIQ process working with stakeholders.
Responsible for customer experience across multiple OpCos and providing a managed service to VGE.
Proven track record of managing high performance teams.
Change management background
Escalation management experience
Excellent communication skills and someone that has a sound commercial understanding to help build relations with internal teams
Ability to manage individual and team performance at all levels
