Within the business customer service is very important. Our client is very committed to providing a professional, first class service to match customers’ needs. They ensure that they respond to customer queries or complaints quickly and effectively. The friendly customer service team endeavour to resolve all queries at first point of contact, whether this is by Telephone, Email, Website enquiry or Letter.

You will be the first point of contact for Billing business, taking and redirecting enquiries where necessary, successfully resolving all general queries logging all enquiries and conversations on their client database, logging any complaints and follow the timely complaints procedure, all diarised activities must be completed within agreed timescales. You will be generating letters and final bills to consumers, produce outgoing invoices to their clients, taking consumer payments via our Worldpay service. Allocating payments received to the customer records, ad-hoc admin duties where required.
