Billing Coordinator

Due to an exponential increase in business, a Basingstoke based organization with international reach is in need of a hard working Temporary Receivables Administrator to cover a busy period for 6 months.

Key duties include;
• To ensure all ready to bill daily orders are billed at the earliest opportunity.
• To ensure all summary billed orders are billed in line with defined dates and agreed management information is sent to the client in a timely and accurate manner.
• To raise credit notes in line with company procedure in a timely and accurate manner.
• To provide support to Operations teams where necessary, to resolve Billing queries/issues.
• To support the Billing Operations Supervisor in process development and improvement.

You need to be able to pick up the work quickly, ideally have some experience with multi-currency sales invoices. You must be immediately available to start and to commit to the 6 month assignment
