We are part of the WPP Group, the world leader in advertising and marketing services. Our role within this impressive global organisation is to provide a seamless finance function across all entities.

Due to internal promotion we are now looking for a Billing Coordinator to join our organisation.

These entry level roles would suit individuals who are currently studying their AAT or have 6 months office experience or a related degree.

Typical duties for this role would be:

  • Raise and issue timely and accurate billing to clients for large advertising campaigns.
  • Create and manipulate reports in Excel
  • Update and track Purchase order trackers efficient.
  • Ensure Purchase Orders are quoted correctly on invoicing.
