Your new role
You'll be responsible for the creating and processing of invoices and credit notes onto the billing system. Your duties will include calculating and generating monthly revenue journals and accruals, you'll assist and support the Billing team in delivering a billing service of a high quality for Customers in the UK business to help increase Customer satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have knowledge of CRM or similar billing systems, it is preferred that you have an intermediate to strong level of Excel skills, you'll need to able to work as part of a team as well being able to work independently as part of achieving common goals. Ideally you'll have excellent communications skills both written and verbal
