I am working with an exciting and growing company in Edinburgh looking to recruit a Billing Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis for 4 months. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience working within a not-for-profit organisation and work within a dynamic team.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience processing bills and payments, managing customer queries and complaints as well as knowledge of the direct debit process.
The role requires excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to problem solve, attention to detail and the ability to engage with customers at all levels.
