Page Personnel are currently recruiting a permanent Billing Assistant on behalf of a leading Financial Services business based in Leeds.

This well established Financial Services business has a Global client based, they are market leaders in their field and a fantastic opportunity has come available for a Billing Assistant to join their successful Finance function based in Leeds. This is a brilliant opportunity to work for a well established business that offers extensive support and development to all employees.

Description

The successful Billing Assistant will report directly into the Billing Manager and will work in a fast paced Accounts Receivable department.

They will be responsible for, but not limited to; setting up contract information on the billing system, assisting with monthly billing run, raising manual invoices and credit notes, resolving customer queries in a timely manner and other ad hoc duties when required.

Profile

The successful Billing Assistant will have:

  • A background in Billing / Accounts Receivable
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • Good IT skills Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A degree or equivalent - Desirable
