Billing Assistant

one of the UK’s market leading companies in unified communications and business telephony solutions are looking to expand the billings/finance team.

The company has grown over the last 10 years and due to the exceptional growth a role has come about for a billings assistant to join an exceptional and settled team and help the company grow.

1) Streamline billing and collections processes
2) Month-end closing of the billing information
3) Ensuring all new orders are invoiced accurately within a timely manner
4) Follow implemented quality assurance for all processes
5) Special program/billing planning and implementation
6) Query wholesale costs and provide reports in support of issues identified
7) Ability to perform strategic planning and priority setting for a billing department
8) Detail orientated with a basic Accounting background
9) Excellent analytical skills and ability to quantify and manipulate data and identify anomalies
10) Prioritising workloads and written and verbal communications
11) Assist in any adhoc duties when/if required

1) Billing Experience (With Ability/SQL preferable)
2) Advanced computer skills
3) Attention to detail and accuracy
4) Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
5) Organisational skills
6) Experience in the Telecommunication Industry
7) Finance Department Experience
