About the role

You’ll be part of the Billing team who are an essential core part of the larger Operational department at OneSelect. They ensure that all OneSelect customers are billed accurately and on-time.

Your role will be to manage inbound billing enquiries from internal teams including ensuing refunds, re-billing requests and ad-hoc billing requirements are undertaken, complaints are resolved and procedures are compliant. You’ll identify any customer billing errors, and investigate and resolve these within agreed SLAs. You’ll also monitor and amend any billing exceptions, recognising trends and escalating as necessary and working in line with KPIs to meet agreed billing performance.

What you’ll need if you want to apply:

Experience of working in a back-office function, preferably within a Billing team is essential and ideally, you’ll have knowledge of, and experience in, the energy industry. You must have had experience of working to KPIs in a regulated environment and experience of handling inbound and outbound calls and emails.

Organised and switched on, you’ll be a natural problem solver with strong analytical and numeric skills, great attention to detail and excellent and straightforward communication skills both verbal and written. You’ll be a people person - someone who enjoys delivering a great customer experience and has the ability to build strong relationships with a diverse range of customers and internal/external partners. You’ll also have the ability to learn and use processes and technical information and will be comfortable working with others and owning solutions.
