Billing Administrator

An opportunity for an ambitious contract Billing Administrator has arisen with ona fast growth recruitment business based in Redhill.

The successful candidate will be keen to learn and construct a career within an exciting, fast paced environment.

The ideal candidate:

  • Will have experience in finance / administration (0-18 months)
  • Good excel skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Have a good eye for detail
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Recruitment billing experience is preferred but not essential

Main duties:

  • Raising and sending invoices
  • Cross checking invoice back up documents
  • Tracking and following special client instructions
  • Reconciling accounts
  • Ensuring compliance to agreed controls and measures
  • Responding to billing queries within agreed SLA
  • Liaising with the credit control and sales teams to resolve billing issues
  • Supporting the payroll team as required
  • Feeding underlying process issues back to relevant business areas
  • Recommending process and system changes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, compliance and scalability
