Billing Administrator

Our client, a market leader in their field, is looking to recruit a Billing Administrator for their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong demonstrable Excel skills and attention to detail to join an exciting and growing business.

The role: Reporting to the Customer Service Manager you will be responsible for supporting the team processing billing and provisioning queries.

The successful candidate will earn between £20,000 and £22,000 dependent on experience. You will also have access to company's excellent benefits package, including pension and company discounts. You will work 5 days a week between 8:30am and 5:00pm on a 40 hour contract.

As a Billing Administrator you will:

- Support the Managing Director and Business Manager where needed.
- Be responsible for processing of billing runs.
- Deal with customer queries in effective manner.
- Ensure strict attention to detail when dealing with billing and provisioning queries.

The ideal Billing Administrator will have the following skills and experience:

- Experience of working in a Billing or Provisioning Administrator role.
-Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
- Strong Excel and IT skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Self-motivation and the ability to manage your own workload to achieve both individual and team targets.
