Job title: Bilingual (Dutch and English speaking) Customer Care Agent
Location: Canary Wharf, London
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am-4am and 8am-5pm
Rate: £10.50 per hour + holiday pay

As a Customer Care Agent, you will be providing high quality and responsive support to customers around Europe. You will be liaising with other departments to provide two-way communication in a professional, courteous and prompt manner. Effectively working with customer care teams on issues that require attention and providing a timely resolution to any issues or queries.
- Must be bilingual in Dutch and English
- Must be professional and empathetic towards conversations
- Customer care experience is preferred
- Call centre experience is preferred
- Good communication and phone manner
- Must be able to work full time
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
