Bilingual Customer Service Representative - European

Due to rapid growth and expansion, this successful national service company requires a bilingual Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for their clients.

You will contact existing clients to assist with building the relationship, provide excellent customer service and gain future orders. You will also carry out general administrative tasks, update the database and process new orders.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months customer service experience within an office, sales or retail environment, demonstrate a confident and positive attitude to work to, together with excellent communication skills and conversant with excel and word. You will have to be flexible and have the ability to work well under pressure either within a team or have initiative to work alone. Fluency in a European language particularly German/French/Italian is an advantage.
