Cordant People Scotland has an excellent opportunity for Bilingual customer service professionals to join our client in an exciting opportunity to work from home. This is a temporary full time- position.
You will be able to communicate in one of the following languages. Chinese/Mandarin, Japanese or Korean.
Your hours of work will be Midnight to 8.00am, Monday to Friday
You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to listen to customers needs and deal with them accordingly. The role itself includes:
Answering calls to customers and taking orders from them.
Listening to customers and providing them with advice where required.
Giving advice as per company guidelines.
Updating system with all notes relating to calls, orders etc.
Carrying out any related administration
In addition to this you will have the ability to speak to people at all levels and will understand the importance of prioritisation. Full training on the internal system will be provided.
