Are you an experienced Bid professional seeking your next career move?

My client, a highly prestigious FMCG organisation are now seeking a passionate and highly driven Bid Writer to join their small but successful specialist team. You will be working across a wide variety of projects with some highly prestigious brand names.

Role Duties

• To lead the development of bid responses, including bid structure, content and responses to questions to given deadlines

• To work with all stakeholders to collate required information and translate into a cohesive response

• Manage a network of subject matter experts and bring them in as required

• Attending tender and proposal meetings

• Attending review meetings/final document review and then final content sign off

• To professionally structure answers to aid ease of reading

• Clarity of win themes and client requirements

• Consistency across multiple answers in terms of language and message

• Best practice writing techniques are deployed and proofread and edit responses

• To develop content for the knowledge library

Person specification

• Exceptional written and proof reading skills

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work individually or as part of a team

• Strong eye for detail with a methodical approach

• Strong Ms Office/presentation skills

• Adobe InDesign

• Numerate- to assist with pricing decision making
