Parity Professionals are looking for Bid Writer, in Manchester (Sale) (This role can also be based out of our Edinburgh or Lonodn Offices)

The Role

Parity Professionals are split into two divisions, Development and Recruitment.

With a high amount of Bidding and Tender opportunities we require an experienced writer who can write copy, manage the tender process and work directly with our Marketing and Communications Manager to ensure that bids are written, co-ordinated and submitted accordingly.

This is a development role and we want the successful candidate to progress onto a Bid Manager within 12-18 months and the continued success and development of the business.

The Candidate

Experience in Bid Writing, preferably in Recruitment, Talent Management or Organisational Development. Managing, co-ordinating and running bid and tender process’.

Experience of working to tight deadlines, managing conflicting priorities and stakeholder management is key.

Self-starter, with a high degree of self management required. Ability to focus on delivering results and internal service to a wide range of people. Key focus on client and customer service, both internal and external. Proven track record in designing and writing winning bids, plus a very clear understanding of the sales cycle is critical.

You will have exceptional writing skills, articulate, have the ability to work under pressure and be flexible in your approach to work.
