Job Title: Bid Writer and Bid Manager
Due to continued growth and expansion plans, Noonan is looking for a talented people to join our Bid Team.
To scope, co-ordinate, prepare, write and submit tenders and business growth proposals to support the Business Development Strategy and Corporate Objectives for Noonan.
Provide technical and commercial writing skills
Produce costing information to help bidding decision making
Objectively review bid submissions and suggest changes/improvements.
Maintain a schedule of all bid proposals.
Maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Engage with colleagues, partners and delivery partners to secure appropriate input to the bid
3rd level of education.
Advanced MS Office skills including Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
Experience of project proposals, and budget construction
Awareness and understanding of procedures and structures from a 'hands on’ operational perspective.
A clear and thorough communication style both verbally and in written form
Excellent organisation skills
Ability to multi-task
Strong literacy and numeracy skills, with meticulous attention to detail
