We are looking to attract an experienced Bid Manager to join our busy marketing team.

Bid Managers work as part of the Bids team and support delivery of all bid related activities and documents that secure new and repeat business for BLM. Bids will typically be in the form of competitive dialogue (Request for Information, Invitations to Tender, Request for Proposal) with the Bid Manager supporting all stages of the bid. There will be a strong focus on pre and early stage tender activities that will include producing insightful client, sector and competitor research, along with in-bid activities such as issuing qualification documents, drafting bid content, coordinating and facilitating project project/bid activities.

We are looking for an experienced bids manager, or a bids executive ready to take the next step. We would like to talk to degree educated self-starters who can communicate and build rapport across all levels of the business, preferably with a background in bids in professional services-though this is not essential. Flexibility to meeting deadlines and proficiency in Microsoft applications are essential elements to the role.
