Talented Bid Manager / Writer urgently sought for prestigious Essex-based organisation - Very competitive package offered with long term prospects

The Bid Manager/Writer will create technically sound and customer centric content for a large volume of bids across multiple service lines. Typical workloads will involve 70% bid writing/content development and 30% process management, supporting the pre-qualification process and assisting with the mobilisation of wins.

Whether working remotely or within our offices, you must be able to coordinate various teams to deliver bid solutions on time and to the highest of standards. You will develop an in-depth understanding of the customer's business in order to effectively identify solutions. Commercial awareness in contract and framework is desirable as well as experience in Facilities, Maintenance, Environmental or Landscaping sectors.

Person Requirements:

- 5+ years experience managing the full tendering life cycle
- Excellent analytical, writing and presentation skills
- A track record of success in winning and retaining service industry based accounts
