Bid Manager

We are now looking to expand our Yorkshire team with an experienced Bid Manager that will align themselves with our commitment to customer service, quality and our culture.

With a track record of successful tenders, you will be responsible for leading the first stage bid process during the pre-construction phase of projects ranging in value from £2m to £45m. You should have good technical knowledge across the construction phase; commercial acumen and be able to coordinate both the design and estimating resources assigned to each bid; producing high quality, qualitative bid submissions on time, within budget. The Project

We operate in but are not limited to the following sectors (Refurbishment and New Build):

  • Blue Light
  • Education - Primary to higher education, including specialist
  • Leisure
  • Commercial
  • Health

Essential and Desirable Criteria

Proven experience of:

  • Leading the bid process.
  • Complex technical schemes.
  • Framework Management
  • Leading the bid team.
  • Dealing with diverse technical input.
  • Using Microsoft suite of Office programmes; inc. Excel, Word, Outlook and Project.
  • Reviewing and assessing bid enquiries.
