Bid Manager - Technical services & Engineering

My client is a Technical Engineering and Service Solutions business that specialises in industrial air systems.

The core business is as a total turnkey solutions provider to a number of market verticals i.e. Defence, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals and FM companies.

Trading for over 50 years Motivair has grown successfully both organically and via acquisition over the last 10 years.

A new CEO joined the business in 2017 and has identified a need to strengthen the commercial team with the aim of supporting the next stage of the companies development.

My client is well positioned to grow via its market position, customer value proposition and scalable infrastructure. This Bid Manager is a key role in my clients growth plan and for the right candidate could be a step into a successful and highly ambitious company that is expanding in a £100m plus market.

Experience:

  • A Level Standard.
  • Microsoft dynamics CRM

  • Tender portal experience

  • Experience of leading a bid/commercial function.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively with a range of

    Internal and external team members.

  • Demonstrate track record of managing a small commercial team but working across multiple business areas.
  • Experience in a technical engineering or service delivery business.

  • Has lead a commercial department or bid team for a company sized between £10-25m.
