We are looking for an exceptional, passionate and talented individual to join our Cambridge studio to provide both bid and general office support to the Cambridge and wider team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a bid or office administrator with a passion for architecture and design to take the next step and develop their career as part of an AJ100 top 10 architectural practice.
OUR DESIRED CANDIDATE
To act as a Brand Ambassador in the demonstration and encouragement of Purcell’s values and behaviours
To pro-actively contribute to the collective ambition of Purcell
Contribution to the achievement of Purcell’s vision (above)
Support the bid writing process by producing high quality, written proposals that clearly articulate the organisations’ value proposition
Identifying relevant opportunities within target market sectors.
Agreeing a time-line plan on each bid with Key Stage Actions involving all concerned personnel
Develop a library of updated and relevant case Studies suitable for each target sector, including coordination and development of our image library
Range of duties for content creation for our external PR agency (information for press releases, website news stories, internal Intranet stories and other internal communication)
Plan and deliver events to achieve marketing objectives in line with the overall strategy.
Provide accurate statistics, reports and success rates of bids
Collation of architectural project InDesign reports
Collate and submit information for high quality and winning bids
Contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the studio
Accurate input and reporting of financial/resource data
Organise and prepare for a variety of Purcell internal communication meetings
Accurate and effective diary management for the studio
Contribute to the successful completion of internal and external audits
Project/Technical admin support (minutes, certificates etc.)
Ad-hoc admin support including but not limited to:
- Internal Allocations
- Ordering of stationary
- Answering and distributing office calls and messages
- Booking of travel and accommodation
