Bid and Office Administrator - Cambridge

A prestigious architectural firm is looking for a Bid and Office Administrator to join their team. They are looking for an exceptional, passionate and talented individual to join their Cambridge studio.

The role:

Bid Coordinator

  • Support bid writing process by producing high quality proposals that articulate the organisations value proposition.
  • Creating time line plan for each bid
  • Plan and deliver events to achieve marketing objectives in lie with overall strategy
  • Content creation for external PR agencies
  • Provide full reports on bids

Office Support

  • Help run the studio
  • Reporting of financial and resource data
  • Organise meetings
  • Project and Technical admin support
  • Other Ad-hoc duties


  • Previous experience in similar role
  • Possess a creative flair combined with commercial writing skills
  • Experience of using and implementing established brand
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of business context and architectural priorities/processes
  • Excellent time management
  • Team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft including Word and excel

Excellent written and spoken English
