This fast paced, young and vibrant building design consultancy is looking for a Bid and Marketing Coordinator to join their busy team.
They are a great team who work on some exciting projects across a variety of sectors that you will always be keen to get involved in. As the Bid and Marketing Coordinator you will be working directly with Marketing Manager and the Directors managing the bid process from inception to completion, coordinating all activity along the way, monitoring progress, ensuring regular internal meetings are held and deadlines are met. You’ll be responsible for the relevant research to identify opportunities, collating all the information and working with the team in producing first class winning first and second stage bids. They want to stand out so you will need exceptional written and graphics skills to pull it all together and make sure it’s a winner. Liaising with numerous parties along the way you need to be extremely organised and able to keep on top of everyone ensuring they meet their targets and the process runs smoothly. There is also a Marketing Assistant to manage and give you an extra pair of hands. As well as bids you will be involved in and supporting across all marketing activities, in particular managing the social media, organising events, carrying out research and networking where possible. Strong Indesign is a must as well as previous bid coordination experience within construction, architecture or similar.
