Bid Administrator - Sales / Marketing - Birmingham
A highly regarded law firm in central Birmingham is on the lookout for a talented Bid Administrator to join their Sales & Marketing team.
The successful Bid Executive will handle tenders, proposals and capabilities statements. They will also be responsible for working with Sales/Marketing teams and fee earners on acquiring strategies aligned for each client/prospect opportunity
So ideally you should have 1 years experience of being in ideally a Sales & Marketing type role and looking to progress your career with more responsibility.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working with the Senior Sales & Marketing Executives to deliver a solid private and public sector tender process to improve the company's growing success rate.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creation of tender packs for new opportunities (including sales credentials)
- Organisation of meetings/deadlines
- Monitoring of tender pipelines
- Relationship management
- Producing reports for clients
- Pitch rehearsals
- Support bid and tender training sessions
- Social media support for targeted prospects
