A leading payments and financial services business in the automotive space are looking to continue to grow their data function, with a 2nd BI Developer hire within the past 6 months.

The Role

As a BI Developer, you will be:

• Optimising and maintaining Power BI models to ensure efficiency and scalability.
• Reducing latency between Power BI and other data sources.
• Implementing Row-Level Security (RLS).
• Analysing and executing the embedding of Power BI dashboards into applications.
• Develop clear documentation for models, reports, and measures for the development of the wider team.
• Build aggregate tables and views for reporting.
• Query and manage data from MySQL databases, writing complex joins, and subqueries, and optimising for performance.

Skills & Experience

• Prior experience in a Power BI Developer role.
• Advanced DAX skills
• Strong understanding of Power Query
• Managing and optimising Power BI data models.
