** Start date: ASAP**

** circa £350 day for a period of 10 weeks **

We're recruiting a BI Developer to support AQA’s BI Team in the development of a new suite of senior management reports covering the lifecycle of the delivery of examinations. These reports will collate and aggregate operational performance data into dashboard style executive-level reports. These reports will inform prioritisation and decision-making in senior governance meetings relating to the delivery of national public examinations.

In addition the BI Developer will review and refresh the logic and efficiency of the data flows underpinning AQA’s BI Reporting Framework and data visualization software.

To be successful the individual will need significant experience of senior stakeholder engagement in requirement gathering and the development and delivery of MI / BI and, from a technical perspective, expertise in the use of Tableau and Alteryx (or an equivalent such as SAS).

We’re an independent education charity and the largest provider of academic qualifications taught in schools and colleges. We set and mark papers for around half of all GCSEs and A-levels, and nearly one and a half million students sit our exams every year. Born out of five leading universities, we have over a century of qualifications expertise.

Today, we employ nearly 1,000 people and work with around 28,500 teachers, subject experts and academics who help set and mark our exams. Our purpose is to advance education by enabling students and teachers to realise their potential, and any money we make through providing qualifications gets invested back into education. Closing date for applications: 10:00 Monday 12 February 2018
