This is an opportunity for a Reward professional who has a passion for Benefits! You will have experience of implementing a Flexi-Bens programme previously within a corporate business and used Success Factors.
You will take responsibility for managing the ongoing development of the employee benefit offering - the introduction and embedding of a flexible benefits offer and the development of an employee wellbeing offer to contribute to the attraction and retention of employees.
The role also has responsibility for managing all aspects of the employee benefits offering within the business. This includes managing all supplier relationships as well as the employee experience associated with BAU benefits ie pension, private medical insurance, group income protection etc as well as additional benefits such as cycle to work scheme, tax free childcare etc.
