Benefits Realisation Manager
This Benefits Realisation Manager role is to work within a fast-paced public sector organisation. You'll be working on one of the biggest change programs in the country, supporting projects to analyse and assess benefits and if the projects have delivered on planned outcomes.
This role sits within the change programme which covers areas such as, policy changes, technology and infrastructure changes, governance, strategy PMO and operations. You'll be working with stakeholders in each project to assess the projected benefits that the project will deliver to the organisation and overseeing the aftercare to assess if the benefits were achieved.
This role will be wide ranging in the projects you'll be involved in and you'll have the chance to work with key senior stakeholders, where you'll get the chance to shine. In addition to this, you'll be able to build a benefits realisation team and be given the support of senior members of the change team.
Key skills and experience;
- Understanding of strategy development and objective setting
- Proven background assessing the benefits of projects and assessing project outcomes.
- Proven stakeholder management skills at a senior level.
- Excellent influencing skills
- In depth understanding of business and programme delivery within large complex Change Programmes.
