Benefits Administrator (International)

The Benefits Administrator (International) sits within the Human Resources department and will be required to communicate with the Finance/Account and Payroll department on a regular basis. He/she is responsible to provide a robust administrative support to the Human Resources Department daily operations: personal administration, benefits, payroll.


  • Be responsible for all aspect of the benefits administration in offices in Europe, Asia and Middle East
  • Advise benefit and compensation related matters and issues whilst being a member of the HR mailing distribution lists

  • Administer and process employee’s benefits such as pension; medical insurances in offices in Europe, Asia and Middle East

  • Handles employee/manager’s queries relating to rewards issues including benefits, pay, bonus, commissions in line with the company’s policies and procedures

  • Administer employee's relocations and transfers processes

  • Keep soft and hard employee files up-to-date

  • Assist with audits for compliance purposes

  • Support and process annual salary review process

  • Provide administrative support to various benefits plans in international locations

  • Coordinate the communication between the payroll department and the benefit providers

  • Liaise with external benefits suppliers to provide accurate information on monthly charges and invoices

  • Ensure employee data are kept updated on the HRIS (e.g. ADP) and produces relevant reports

  • Educate employees with HRIS usage

  • Perform operational support to the HR Departments in different locations

  • Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for your role and assigned by your manager/supervisor
