The client is a global leader in business services with many employees working worldwide. They have a fantastic opportunity for a number of individuals who are fluent in Belgian French to work for a global automotive brand in the customer service department.
•Provide general customer service solutions and approval support to the automotive dealer network.
•To help with the dealer’s request for support, carry out research using reliable sources and procedures. Escalate if required to resolve the request. Communicate with colleagues, managers and other stakeholders internally and externally.
•Handling contacts over the phone and other form of electronic communications whilst utilising the Belgian language.
•Have regular meetings to review the issues and assignments.
•Follow up all requests to resolution in agreed service levels. Provide excellent customer service in a professional and polite manner.
•Log and update all details onto systems.
•We are looking for people with experiences in customer service.
•Be fluent in Belgian French (written, spoken and reading levels).
•Good communication skills in English.
•Good computer skills.
•Can prioritise workload and make efficient decisions.
The roles are full time permanent positions. It is to work within the head office in Luton, Bedfordshire area.
