A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Psychology Graduate looking to gain valuable experience providing restorative practices to young people with a diverse set of Complex Needs.

This is an 'Outstanding' Ofsted rated Special School in Oxford who are actively recruiting for Specialist Behaviour Support Workers with a Psychology or Criminology graduate background.

This schools specialism is not only providing integrated education, but also providing therapeutic support for every child by emphasising wellbeing within their practice.

The role:

  • Behaviour Support
  • SEMH, ADHD, Autism, Complex Learning Needs.
  • Start: ASAP.
  • Oxford
  • Pay: £80-£95 per day.
  • Full time 8:30am to 4pm.
  • Psychology and Criminology graduates wanted.

This SEN school are looking for experienced Behaviour Support Worker and Psychology Graduates to provide first class support to children with complex social, emotional and mental health needs, ADHD, and communication difficulties (autistic spectrum conditions, Asperger's Syndrome; speech, language and communication needs).

This 'Outstanding' Special School in Oxford work in partnership with professional external to the school itself, such as speech and language therapists, counsellors, and occupational psychologists. Exposure to these working professionals will be a great opportunity for the successful candidate to shadow and work alongside them.

Supported by their highly specialist site, they offer their students a wide array of extracurricular activities, therapies, and personalised care in built for purpose spaces. There is a keen emphasis on matching the provision to the individual needs of each child, and the school takes pride in the great parent and pupil feedback on the quality of their care.
