Daily Supply - Behaviour Support Worker

Principal Resourcing are a leading Education Recruitment specialist who partner with a local PRU (Pupil Referral Unit) who are on the look out for experienced staff to join the team on a day to day supply basis. If you have experience with challenging behaviour, SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health) or severe Autism then this role may be for you!

The Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • A non-confrontational approach to managing behaviour
  • A pro-active and enthusiastic work ethic
  • Be able to build strong relationships with challenging students
  • Have experience with challenging or aggressive behaviour
  • Be Team Teach trained (desirable but not essential, depending on experience)
