We are looking for an inspirational and experienced Psychology graduate, to join our multidisciplinary therapy team on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity. Whilst working alongside education, residential and therapists/medical staff you’ll be advising and guiding colleagues, you will also support the Heads of Departments in leading positive behaviour support processes and procedures throughout the organisation.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate well developed observational and assessment skills, excellent interpersonal skills and have proven expertise in devising and embedding continuous’ best practice’ improvement. Therefore, good communication skills and the ability to inspire staff in providing innovative care and effective education that complement the interests, skills and aspirations of our young people is imperative.
