Tradewind are working with a lovely short stay school in Tamworth for students aged 11-16 years. This school caters for children all expelled from mainstream education and from different backgrounds who are helped to gain the skills and education results to either go back into mainstream or move onto a college after GCSE'S.

The School is for pupils with challenging behaviours, social & emotional needs and specific learning needs.

The position is on a long term and possible permanent basis with full time hours. You will enjoy support and guidance from a friendly team who work together and aim to give the best possible educational experience for their students. The college is a small but growing school with a federated second base in Burton.

The head is looking to open up a new unit for additional student due to be enrolled by January. You will be working along side a qualified Teacher to manage behaviour and encourage children into education.

The post is very rewarding and is ideal for people who have SEND experience who are looking to take their next step.

The small school has on sight parking and is less than 2 miles from the nearest train station.
