Behaviour Support Assistant required ASAP!

Teaching Personnel exclusively work with a Preston based School which caters for KS3/4 pupils who have SEMH Difficulties, pupils who display very challenging behaviours and pupils who have Autism.

The School is based on the outskirts of Preston with easy access from the M6 motorway, it has ample on site parking and links to the bus route. The School is smaller than average, currently providing education for 40-45 male KS3/4 pupils.

The pupils in School will often display challenging behaviours and many of the pupils have Mental Health Difficulties including Anxiety and Attachment Disorder.

The candidate must be happy to work with KS3/4 pupils who display challenging behaviours, the candidate must also have SEN experience and ideally hold their Team Teach qualification. This role would suit a hard working, energetic and experienced candidate with strong behaviour management skills. This role is hard work but very rewarding and the School are seeking a committed member of staff to consider for a long term, if not permanent role - although the role will initially start on an ad-hoc or temporary basis -.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
