LTF Recruitment have partnered with a highly inclusive and newly refurbished secondary Nottinghamshire academy which has a dedicated SEND unit. Specifically, this role will involve working between the schools unit, as well as the mainstream to ensure the successful integration of students. The successful candidate will oversee the behaviour and pastoral care for students such as monitoring attendance and liaising with parents/caregivers when necessary. Initially, the academy is looking to appoint the successful candidate for a one year fixed term, with a view to the role becoming permanent after a successful trial period. This school has excellent support structures in place, with a highly experienced SENCO and several HLTAs working across the school. Excellent CPD and professional development opportunities are available for staff as well as progression opportunities.
