I work in partnership with a school who are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to operate a daily seclusion and behaviour intervention provision for identified KS3 and KS4 students who have been internally excluded due to poor behaviour and for students removed from lessons via the Leadership 'On-Call' system.
Working closely with the Assistant Vice Principal - Student Welfare, Behaviour Manager, ASPIRE team, and curriculum leaders to ensure a coordinated approach of this provision.
This role would suit an individual who is self-motivated with a presence to ensure students are individually focused on the work set by their teachers and adhere to the guidelines of the provision.
We are looking to appoint a person who shares the school's commitment to high standards of academic achievement for every one of our students and who will go the extra mile to help them achieve excellence. If you are an outstanding practitioner with a commitment to high standards and a passion for young people we would be delighted to hear from you and look forward to receiving an application.
The successful candidate can be assured of our full support in their further professional development and career aspirations.
Please do not hesitate to contact me on for further information.
