Behaviour and Social Inclusion Worker - Huddersfield
An OFSTED rated good school in a desirable suburb of Huddersfield require a Behaviour and Social Inclusion Worker to start in September 2019. This is a rare opportunity to work in a desirable school in a non-teaching capacity centred around the wellbeing and development of young children. The school are specifically looking for someone who is committed to developing a team approach, working with parents, teachers, support staff and the wider school community.
You should have an enthusiastic and passionate approach to the development of children and other staff where appropriate as well as a keen thirst for further learning of their own to develop their own skills. You should also be able to act upon your own initiative, planning and managing your own workload and prioritising and being responsive to unplanned circumstances, emergencies and varying needs.
