BeecherMadden are a growing Cyber Security recruitment specialist, part of Nicoll Curtin Group. We are ambitiously expanding and are keen to hire a resourcer into our successful Perm recruitment team based in London.
Cyber Security is one of the fastest growing markets in the UK, we place senior candidates on very good margins into large multinationals, banks and also security consultancies. We are very well known in the market, we attend a lot of events, meet ups, we are judges and sponsors of cyber security awards events, we have our finger on the pulse all the time with market developments and we perform very well.

We are now part of Nicoll Curtin Group and have huge investment to grow. This year already we have already hired people into our Perm team and are expanding our New York office which is an option for talent in the UK in the future if you wanted to work internationally.
The role is to source perm cyber security professionals for open vacancies, but also to create hotlists of available talent and candidates who are looking so that consultants can place them with new and existing clients. It is a very role heavy market if there is a good candidate that you find they will be placed. We are looking for you to be innovative in how you source candidates outside of using job boards. You can use events, LinkedIn, apps and any other creative ways you think about plus our excellent database of existing candidate details.
The commission in this role is exceptional, there is no threshold, it is monthly and you will as a resourcer get 50% of the deal value not a nominal couple of hundred pounds. This is a role for someone who is ambitious and money hungry. You do not need recruitment experience for this role but it is great if you do, we would just start you on a higher salary and fast track your training and development.
The recruitment process will be a telephone call and then two stage interview process to work around your availability as much as possible.
