Install, remove, service, refurbish diagnose and repair all products in the range.
Prepare stock ready for dispatch/collection/delivery when required.
Ability to problem solve.
Assist in quarterly/annual stock takes.
Attend and aid set up and breakdown at exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
Assist the customer service and sales team with technical queries when required.
Offer technical support over the phone when needed.
Warehousing skills when needed i.e. Picking and packing in the event of staff absence.
Use of relevant IT and stock systems e.g. Quickbooks, Outlook and basic working knowledge of Microsoft packages i.e. Word & Excel (on the job training to be given).

Sensitive to the requirements of customers and clients.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Vehicle Driving License categories: Compulsory B, BE, Preferred but not compulsory C, C1, C1E,
DBS check compulsory, either provided or covered by client.
Current Fork Lift Licence.
Occasional overnight stays in line with company needs.
