You willl need to know your local market, Have a creative flair to help your new and exsisting clients stand out from there competitors.
You will have to have a proven track record of winning new business with your unique charicter and personality.
Be good at organising, Listening and asking questions,
Obsesive when it comes to detail.
Motivate yourself.. its essential.
Tech savvy? If you know your way around Apple goods and a salesforce it will be a good help too.
I'm guessing if you really are good and like to earn then you will want uncapped commisions on top of your basic too? "You've got it"
