An opportunity has arisen for a District Nurse to join
the integrated Aberdeen City Health & Social Care Partnership.
 

This is a challenging and exciting role in which the
successful candidate will take responsibility for managing a caseload and
ensuring the delivery of high quality nursing care. This is an exciting time as
we work with our Integrated Joint Board to shape the future of our localities,
and a willingness to contribute ideas and work in partnership to ensure the
best possible delivery model for our communities is essential.
 

Candidates should possess excellent communication and
interpersonal skills and be committed to team working and ongoing professional
development.
Car driver/owner or access to a car is essential.
 

Community experience is essential and candidates must
possess a Specialist Practice District Nursing qualification, or expect to
graduate as a District Nurse within the next 6 months. We are also keen to hear
from those who have not been using their DN qualification recently and can
provide full support for them to develop back into a DN role.
 

Although this is a full-time vacancy, part-time hours
can be considered. Please state clearly in your supporting statement what hours
you are looking for and also if you are looking for a particular area of the
city.
