My clients are currently searching for an Bar Supervisor to assist in the running of this fresh food destination Pub in Derbyshire. The pub is a stylish, homely, personally run pub that serves good food all produce fresh in house to a high fine dine/brasserie standard. The pubs seats 50 covers inside as well as offering outside eating for a further 50 covers in the summer months. They often serve over 300+ covers a week. They are also soon to expand their catering business with a mobile catering service.
This Pub offers a high standard of food and service. All food & Beer is sourced locally and the menu utilising the best of local seasonal produce available. This will in turn complemented by excellent non- intrusive service.
Key points needed for this Bar Supervisor role
Assist in creating exceptional informal service
Experience of Bar work and some cellar management
Experience of running shifts in a busy food led property
Taking orders for food, doing rota’s, staff training etc
Having good drink, wine and food knowledge
Small team so a good team ethic
Above all a passion for what you do
The opportunity would be ideally suited to an experienced team leader/ supervisor with ability and passion to take the next step up to Bar Supervisor level with the scope to advance to GM in the future.
