We have an exciting and unique opportunity to work for a leading global training provider as a technical Banking Tutor. This role will focus on the development and delivery of technical training for banking qualifications as part of our clients Financial Services Apprenticeships including content creations, revision sessions and learner technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

To develop and deliver technical training (F2F/remote) for banking qualifications currently delivered as part of Apprenticeship programmes mainly those provided by LIBF and Chartered Banker (up to Diploma level).

To support in the development and delivery of any new financial services qualifications as required

To provide learners with ad-hoc support for banking technical qualifications efficiently and professionally

To act as an expert coach (where required) on Financial Service apprenticeships at higher levels

To keep the delivery team up to date with learner progress/learner issues

To support the delivery team (Talent Coaches, Team Managers etc.) with banking & financial services related queries and/or issues

To develop engaging, value-adding content for banking qualifications to be recorded & where required built into the clients eLearning platform.

To update all existing and future banking content as and when required (including syllabus updates)

To provide expert knowledge to Client Solutions as part of the design of Banking & Financial Services related apprenticeships

To develop and maintain strong links with LIBF, CBI and other professional bodies

To assist other divisions with their financial services related teaching

Key Skill Requirements

For this role you must have 4-5 years of consistent occupational competence and experience in a banking role with the ability to provide technical support up to Diploma Level 6

You will hold a relevant professional qualification such as the Chartered Banking Certificate (Institute of Chartered Banking), CERT RBCB or higher qualification in Banking & Finance

Experience in training/coaching delivery and ability to develop training materials

High level of attention to detail and organisational skills

Possess confident, friendly and approachable manner with excellent oral and written skills

Previous content development skills (ability to convert technical learning into engaging learning content)

Ability to interact effectively with others and work as part of a team although operating remotely
