Banking Paralegal - US Firm

Posted 26 January by EJ Legal Limited Easy Apply Ended

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to join a top US law firm’s Banking division.

You can look forward to working as part of a collegiate team on a range of transactions. This is a broad, hands on role which will incorporate everything from bibling and due diligence through to drafting correspondence for clients, working on private funds offerings, securities filings and prospectuses.

This isn’t your average Banking team; the division are extremely well-regarded within the market and very good at what they do. This is therefore not your average Paralegal role; it is an opportunity for a Paralegal to gain lots of responsibility and do trainee level work.

The successful Banking Paralegal will have stellar academics and a genuine interest in Financial Services law, some prior experience would be beneficial but applications are encouraged from those without.

The role is a 12 month contract with scope for extension beyond that, paying £30k with overtime on top.

This Banking Paralegal role would really suit a law graduate who enjoys mucking in and working as part of a team. It is a great opportunity for someone looking to get their teeth into an excellent opportunity at a top tier firm.
