City based banking group requires a customer-focussed Customer Services Officer to join them on a permanent basis. The successful candidates will act as the first point of contact for customers banking services to include payments, account maintenance and online banking services. You will be responsible for:

" Registering and approving customers to the online banking system

" Dealing with customer queries regarding online / mobile banking services

" Resetting passwords, logins etc.

" Dealing with payment queries

" Assist with the set up and maintenance of customer payments and regular payments

" Account opening, switching and maintenance

Applicants MUST have proven relevant banking operations / customer service experience and a sound understanding of different payment types and systems. You will demonstrate initiative when performing the above duties. Accuracy, flexibility and strong team working abilities are essential.
