An exciting opportunity has arisen working for a fast growing and ever changing company based in the Bath area.
You will have 5 direct reports and you will be working with the Financial Controller ensuring the smooth running of the banking team. You will be involved in process improvement, ensuring all deadlines are met and ensuring all the accounts are correctly reconciled. You will need to ensure that the team are delivering their SLA at all times. You will help plan resource for the team and continually mentor and coach them. You will need to ensure that the credit card admin and fuelcard admin is processed smoothly and any other tasks are completed as requested by the Financial Controller.
We are looking for candidates who have experience in a similar role, you must also have experience of managing a team and be able to start at short notice.
