Banking Customer Service Adviser, starting salary £17,500, rising to £19,000 with company benefits
We are currently looking to recruit career focused Customer Service Advisers who will reap the benefits that come with working for the company that has been placed in 'The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work for' consecutively over the last 10 years.
This is a customer service role, where service and quality are what matter; there are no sales or cross sales targets!
Customer Service Advisers will be responsible for:
Handling inbound calls from existing Banking customers
Providing a first class service to put the customer at the heart of everything you do
Working in a lively, office based environment where hard work is recognised and rewarded
Initial basic salary starts at £17,500 and comes complete with an extensive training programme. Successful candidates will benefit from working for an established business that will allow them to grow and develop a career within financial services!
