Huntswood is looking for experienced complaint handlers with banking experience to support our client.

Starting in February, you will be supporting our client with dealing complaints around their customer's current and saving accounts. Working from home, you could be dealing with complaints about payments, service received and any other general enquires.

The ideal complaint handler candidate will have:
* Experience working within a banking environment
* Experience dealing with customer complaints
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to navigate through several in-house databases
* Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
* Strong numeracy and written communication skills

The day rate available for this opportunity is £130 per day.
